HOW TO ORDER A ViVi Shop Masterpiece!

Fell in love with one or two from ViVi Shop's Collections? And couldn't wait to have it in your hands and flaunt it to the world?
Here are the simple steps to process your order/s:
*Make sure you have read and agreed to the TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ViVi Shop.

Purchase Notice:
• Free local delivery/postage for Hong Kong residents
• HK$13 will be charged for registered mail to Hong Kong addresses
• Postage fees will be chargeable for overseas addresses (choice of registered mail, SpeedPost, or normal airmail)
• Each order will be processed within 7-10 days upon payment received
• Colour of products in the pictures may differ slightly from the original product
• All products listed are brand new
• Wholesale services provided

Payment Methods:
• Funds transfer to HSBC bank account (Hong Kong) via
internet-banking or ATM (Hong Kong residents)
• Paypal ( Total Cost plus 3.4%+HKD$2.35 for Service Charge )

Placing Orders:
To Make an Order, please send the following information to lokxlok.vivian@gmail.com:
• Name
• Mailing address
• Code number / Product name
• Specific colour of product (if any)
• Quantity
• Delivery method (i.e. normal mail / registered mail / SpeedPost)
• Payment Method (bank transfer / Paypal)

Receiving your order:
• Upon receiving the order via email, we will confirm your order within the next 1-2 working days to provide you with the bank account number / Paypal payment ID.
• Payment will have to be made before the merchandise are mailed to you
• Customers will have to bear the postage charges

Making Payments:
After payment has been made via bank transfer / Paypal, kindly email us with the following –
• Order Number
• Name
• Total amount paid
• Date of payment
*LOCAL BUYERS give me 24 hours to confirm your payment.
*INTERNATIONAL BUYERS give me 2-3 days to clear your payment.


Products Delivery:
• Products will be sent on the next working day upon receiving payment and stock ready
• For Hong Kong mailing addresses, products will be received by customer within 7-10 working days
*LOCAL BUYERS 7-10 days for your package to arrive in your doorsteps.
*INTERNATIONAL BUYERS 13-15 days for your package to arrive
